About Sofia Wellness Clinic
Sofia Wellness Clinic consists of a team of qualified and experienced counsellors and psychotherapists with a passion for improving the lives of their clients. Our services extend to teenagers, adults, couples and families facing various issues including discord, stress, depression and anxiety.
We believe in providing customised counselling treatments that are designed to suit each of our client’s needs and situations. Through working closely with our clients, we seek to help them overcome the challenges in life and achieve their goals.

Our Story
Since young, our Principal Counsellor and Founder of Sofia Wellness Clinic, Sophia Goh, has always been keen on being a part of the social sector. Her heart for the community drove her to become an active volunteer.
Despite her passion, she did not initially pursue her studies in counselling and psychotherapy.

After experiencing a series of personal challenges and struggles with mental health issues, Sophia decided to take the leap of faith to switch careers into counselling. This led to the start of her career as a solo practitioner.
Though the job in itself was rewarding, Sophia felt isolated without a team. Thus, she decided to build a team of counsellors and psychotherapists who shared her vision of quality care, ethical practice and continuous learning.
Through creating a collaborative and supportive environment within her team, Sophia hopes that the clinic can become the best place for counsellors to work and grow. Additionally, she aspires for Sofia Wellness Clinic to eventually become the leading mental health practice in Singapore that:
- supports both the local and expatriate communities,
- offers a full range of services with the best clinicians specialising in different issues and
- runs programmes that support the community.
