Well-being for New Parents Workshop Series
Are you a new parent seeking professional and community support?
Becoming a parent brings both immense joy but also many challenges and changes to get used to. Perhaps your life after the baby is quite different from what you had imagined, and you find that you long for aspects of your ‘old life’ or that your relationship with your loved ones has become strained. Every life transition comes with challenges. When we are equipped with tools, strategies and the support of others, we are in a better position to overcome them.
